As you may know, I have been fully devoted to the real estate industry, developing realestaterx in the commercial sector as well as high-end and exclusive residential listings.   • At the beginning of February, we concluded the exclusive sale of Classico, a condo in Coal Harbour at 1328 W. Pender, which sold for $85,000 over the listing price. This listing was featured as a lucrative investment opportunity, servicing as a high-end executive rental service, professionally managed by Highstreet Accommodations.   • The month of March has proven to be a fantastic start to Spring, with the closing of the sale, purchase and construction commencement of a gorgeous waterfront lot at 3767 Dollarton Highway. This lot features unobstructed water views in a highly-sought after area of North Vancouver.
  • Lastly, our most recent transaction being the purchase of Penthouse 1 at The Pacific Palisades located on 1288 Alberni Street, for the incredibly negotiated price of $3,118,888, which was approximately 25 percent below the initial asking price in the hottest real estate market on record.
